Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
All Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) and Subsidiary/Affiliate Foreign Exchange Corporations of AABs (AAB-forex corps) are advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. A000155-D, dated January 9, 2017, for the foreign direct investment of KERRY GROUP B.V. in KERRY MANUFACTURING (PHILIPPINES), INC. has been reported lost. This BSRD has been applied for replacement and must not be honored if presented for the purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, as per Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.
