M-2026-040: Cancelled and Replaced Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs)
The Office of the Deputy Governor updates the list of cancelled and replaced Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs) for the first quarter of 2026. Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) and Subsidiary/Affiliate Foreign Exchange Corporations of AABs are instructed not to honor these previously issued BSRDs if presented for the purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings. This prohibition applies pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions (FX Manual).
