5. The proposal of the Commission on Increasing the Efficiency of Joint Stock Companies and Improving the Corporate Governance System to establish a Corporate Governance Scientific and Educational Center on the basis of the Higher Business School to be liquidated, involving leading educational institutions of Germany and other economically developed states, is accepted.
