MFSA Releases a Cross-Sectoral Self-Assessment Questionnaire on ICT and Cybersecurity Risks Management for Trustees and Other Fiduciaries
Licence Holders are required to complete and submit a self-assessment questionnaire covering eight sections of ICT and cybersecurity risk management within two months of receiving the submission instructions via email. The questionnaire addresses ICT governance, risk management, information security, operations, business continuity, project management, systems acquisition, and outsourcing arrangements. Submission is mandatory, and clarifications may be requested by emailing the Supervisory ICT Risk and Cybersecurity function.
