Ministerial Decree of 8 December 2003 implementing the Royal Decree of 14 November 2003 determining the approval conditions for insurance companies and bodies
This decree designates the Banking, Financial and Insurance Commission as the competent service for approving insurance companies and bodies under the Royal Decree of 14 November 2003.
