Ministerial Order No. 002/12/10/TC of 18 May 2012 Determining the Modalities for Conducting Inspections and Investigations in the Capital Market
The Rwandan Minister of Finance and Economic Planning issued this Order to establish the procedural framework for capital market inspections and investigations.
