On the Modification of License No. 1 Issued to “Armenian Card” Payment and Settlement Organization CJSC for the Processing and Clearing of Payment Instruments and Payment and Settlement Documents
In view of Article 2(3) and Article 20(“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and
Pursuant to Article 20(7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”; and Paragraph 76 of the Central Bank Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 285-N, dated October 25, 2011; and
Whereas on August 3, 2026 and August 14, 2026 “Armenian Card” Payment and Settlement Organization CJSC submitted letters of request, together with relevant documents and supporting materials, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 42, dated September 2, 2026),
