Modification of License No. N8 0008 for AlfaSecurities Investment Services
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 67 A on April 22, 2025, to modify the investment services license held by AlfaSecurities. The modification reflects a change in the licensee's brand name to VILCO, Limited Liability Company, based on requests submitted in early April 2025. This resolution entered into force immediately upon its adoption by the Central Bank Board.
