Modification to the General Provisions in Financial Matters of the Retirement Savings Systems
The National Retirement Savings System Commission modifies Article Three Transitory of the General Provisions in Financial Matters of the Retirement Savings Systems to correct references. The amendment requires Administrators to demonstrate compliance with specific reserve provisions for Investment Societies as outlined in the October 22, 2019 publication regarding the patrimonial regime. This modification entered into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 2, 2022.
