Modification to the General Provisions on Operations of the Retirement Savings Systems
The National Commission for the Retirement Savings System modifies the effective dates for the mandatory use of Biometric Signatures and electronic means for worker processes, setting the October 1, 2016, start date for integration and data update procedures. It also adjusts the entry into force of specific modifications to articles 177, 177 bis, and 189 to May 1, 2016, while the current modification itself becomes effective the business day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
