Modification to the General Provisions on the Operations of the Retirement Savings Systems
The National Retirement Savings System Commission extends the effective date for the elimination of the Transfer Certificate Folio to February 18, 2021, granting retirement fund administrators additional time to adjust their technological infrastructure and internal operations. This modification also extends the deadline for companies operating the National SAR Database to eliminate the Transfer Certificate, aiming to reduce inconsistencies and errors affecting workers' interests. The modification entered into force on the business day following its publication in the Official Gazette on December 10, 2020.
