Modifications and Additions to the General Provisions Establishing the Procedure for Constructing the Net Performance Indicators of Investment Companies Specialized in Retirement Fund Societies
The National Retirement Savings System Commission amends Articles 8 and 13 and Annex D of the General Provisions to allow Administrators to present 36-month market performance information and to mandate the reassignment of unregistered individual accounts. The amendments introduce a proportional distribution mechanism for reassigning accounts from Administrators lacking evidence of localization efforts, excluding those Administrators from receiving such accounts in subsequent processes. These modifications enter into force the day after publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
