The rules introduce 'Update Courses' and 'Professionalization Programs' offered by designated Educational Institutions as alternatives to the Certification Exam for recertification, with validity periods of three years and permanent respectively. The amendments mandate that Administrators ensure their agents hold valid registration, which expires every three years, and require the implementation of a unified Ethics Code and Training Manual to standardize technical capacity and ethical conduct across the system.
