Modifications and Additions to the General Provisions on Advertising and Promotion of Retirement Savings Systems
The National Retirement Savings System Commission amends Articles 4, 5, and 7 of the General Provisions on Advertising and Promotion of Retirement Savings Systems to prohibit the use of any performance indicators other than the Net Performance Indicator published by the Commission. Administrators and Investment Societies are required to cite the Commission's website as the source for all comparative advertising and must include specific mandatory legends stating that past performance does not guarantee future results. These modifications enter into force thirty natural days after publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
