Modifications to the Agreement Establishing Temporary and Extraordinary Measures and Suspending Deadlines for Retirement Savings System Participants Due to COVID-19
The National Commission of the Retirement Savings System modifies the validity period of temporary measures suspending deadlines for participants in the Retirement Savings Systems. The suspension of deadlines and the agreement's entry into force are now tied to the date when the Ministry of Health or the General Health Council orders the orderly, staggered, and regionalized return of all non-essential activities. These modifications entered into force on the day of their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on April 28, 2020.
