Modifications to the Agreement Establishing Temporary and Extraordinary Measures and Suspending Deadlines for Participants in Retirement Savings Systems Due to COVID-19
The National Commission for the Retirement Savings System modifies the Agreement published on March 26, 2020, to extend the suspension of deadlines for acts and procedures pending before the Commission through April 30, 2020, inclusive. The modifications also update the effective period of the original Agreement to remain valid until April 30 of the same year, subject to potential extension by the General Health Council. All acts issued by the Commission referencing the original measures are deemed updated according to these modifications, and any conflicting provisions are abrogated upon the entry into force of these changes.
