The amendments update article 20 to require administrators to adjust stock prices and compensate affected workers and investment societies within three business days of correcting retroactive accounting adjustments. Article 21 is revised to mandate that administrators cover all expenses arising from such errors, including compensation and stock price updates. Additional accounting guides and account catalogs are added to reflect these changes and ensure reliable financial reporting for retirement system participants.
