Modifications to the General Provisions on Financial Matters of the Retirement Savings Systems
The National Retirement Savings System Commission (CONSAR) modifies Annex P of the General Provisions on Financial Matters of the Retirement Savings Systems to clarify the obligation of regulated entities to inform workers about the terms and deadlines for withdrawing resources from their individual accounts. This amendment specifically updates section VII.d) regarding the fund's permanence policy to require disclosure of withdrawal timelines for voluntary contributions, long-term savings, and other specific account types in accordance with the applicable Law. The modifications entered into force the day following their publication on December 27, 2022.
