Modifications to the General Provisions on the Operations of the Retirement Savings Systems
The National Retirement Savings System Commission amends Article 198, Section II of the General Provisions on the Operations of the Retirement Savings Systems to require the inclusion of the Service Agent's or Promoter's Biometric Signature, Digital Handwritten Signature, and CURP in the Worker's Electronic File when managing individual account procedures. The amendment explicitly exempts these requirements when the Electronic File is integrated directly by the Worker through technological platforms that do not necessitate the presence of an Agent. Additionally, Section III of Article 198 is repealed. These modifications enter into force on the next business day following their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
