Modifying Agreement for the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime Number DSRDPF/019/2020
The General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Property Administration modifies the declaration of subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime for the federal property "Campamento Básculas de Venta de Carpio" to correct discrepancies between its stated surface area and its boundary measurements. The amendment updates the property's location to Pueblo Santa Cruz Venta de Carpio, changes the postal code to 55065, and revises the total surface area to 4,567.3080 square meters with new specific boundary dimensions. The Ministry of the Navy, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and the Attorney General's Office are designated as the recipient institutions for these properties, remaining obligated to comply with the General Law of National Assets. This modifying agreement enters into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
