Modifying Circular 10/20 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Insurance and Sureties Commission modifies provisions 30.1.12, 30.2.7, 30.3.5, 30.4.5, and 30.5.5 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to formalize the registration of independent external auditors and actuaries through indefinite digital certificates instead of physical cards. These digital certificates are issued via the Appointments and Registration System and are available for public consultation on the Commission's website. Existing physical registration cards remain valid until revoked or until certification validity is updated in accordance with the respective chapters.
