Modifying Circular 12/19 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
The National Insurance and Sureties Commission modifies Annexes 34.1.21-b, 34.2.2-b, and 34.4.3 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties to update records for the General Registry of Foreign Reinsurers. The updates include the registration of new foreign reinsurers, changes in names or locations of existing entities, the incorporation of authorized subscribers for reinsurance and suretyship risks, and the list of authorized representation offices operating in Mexico. These modifications cover the period from December 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019, and entered into force the day following their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on October 11, 2019.
