Modifying Circular 13/16 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
This circular modifies Annex 8.6.3 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties to update the list of private equity funds and trusts authorized for investment coverage by insurance and surety institutions. The annex specifies the names of these funds and trusts, their authorization dates, and their respective MIF codes. The modification entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 19, 2016.
