Modifying Circular 13/21 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Insurance and Surety Commission modifies Annexes 38.1.9-b, 38.1.9-c, 38.1.9-d, 38.1.9-e, and 38.1.9-o of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to restructure statistical reporting for life, group life, pension, personal accident, medical expense, and financial guarantee insurance. Insurance institutions and mutual societies must now submit data in three separate text files for life and accident/medical lines (general data, premium issuance, and claims) and four files for pension lines (pensioner data, beneficiaries, premium issuance, and paid rents). The regulation establishes specific 19-to-24 character alphanumeric naming conventions for these files and optional clarification documents, which become effective the day after publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
