Modifying Circular 16/18 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Insurance and Surety Commission modifies Annex 34.1.21-a of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to publish the list of foreign insurance and reinsurance entities registered in the General Registry of Foreign Reinsurers for the 2019 fiscal year. This publication enables Mexican insurers and surety companies to enter into reinsurance or surety contracts with these specific foreign entities. The modification also lists the Atomic Pools registered for 2019, including the British, German, Korean, and Czech Nuclear Insurance Pools. The circular enters into force on January 1, 2019.
