Modifying Circular 3/17 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
This circular updates Annex 5.15.3 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties by providing specific paid claim and annual administrative expense indices for surety lines. These indices are required for institutions that lack sufficient internal data to calculate the reserve for outstanding sureties, mandating their use until such data is generated. The modification takes effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
