Modifying the Foreign Exchange Trades License No. 342/2 Granted to “Araik Melqumyan” P/E

Pursuant to
Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 9 of Appendix as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007 “On Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””;
Whereas on January 22, 2025 Araik Melqumyan, a Private Entrepreneurship, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to modify the License No. 342/2 granted to him for foreign exchange trading; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Modify the License No. 342/2, granted to Araik Melqumyan, a Private Entrepreneurship, for foreign exchange trading, in connection with a changed location for the operation of the exchange office.

This resolution to enter into force on the day following the proper notification to Araik Melkumyan, a Private Entrepreneurship.
