Monthly Report of Export Financing Institutions
This Financial Services Authority Circular Letter mandates the Indonesian Export Financing Institution (LPEI) and its Sharia Business Units (UUS) to submit monthly reports, including statements of financial position, comprehensive income, cash flows, and asset/liability conformity analysis, by the 10th of the following month. The Managing Director is responsible for these reports and must appoint a preparer. Submissions are primarily online via OJK's data communication network system, or via designated email addresses (LB.LJKL@ojk.go.id for LPEI, LBPK.syariah@ojk.go.id for UUS) if the system is unavailable. This circular, effective June 1, 2023, also requires trial submissions for March to May 2023 reports and revokes OJK Circular Letter No. 9/SEOJK.05/2013.
