– ASSETS
Cash and Cash Equivalents
This position is filled with the amount of:
a. Cash owned by the company, both cash on hand at the SBU in the form of currency (banknotes and coins), and electronic money issued by Bank Indonesia that is a legal tender in Indonesia owned by the SBU Company. This position must be detailed in the Details of Cash and Cash Equivalents (Form 2100). b. Cash equivalents in the form of investments owned by the SBU that are highly liquid, short-term, and can quickly be converted to cash in determinable amounts with insignificant risk of value changes, including time deposits of 3 (three) months or less and deposit on call. This position must be detailed in the Details of Cash and Cash Equivalents (Form 2100).
Placements in Banks
This position is filled with all types of company placements/deposits in Sharia banks in Indonesia, whether in the form of savings, checking accounts, time deposits, and other similar deposits in Sharia banks in Indonesia, with a maturity of more than 3 (three) months. This position must be detailed in the Details of Placements in Banks (Form 2200).
Investments in Sharia Securities
This position is filled with all Sharia securities owned by the SBU. The value of securities is presented in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This position must be detailed in Form 2300 (Details of Securities Owned).
Investments in Associated Entities
This position is filled with the fair value of the SBU's investments in subsidiary companies and/or companies whose main share ownership is owned by subsidiary companies.
Sharia Principle Financing Receivables
a. Murabahah Agreement Financing
This position is filled with receivables arising from the distribution of financing loans with the murabahah agreement. b. Mudharabah Agreement Financing This position is filled with receivables arising from the distribution of financing with the mudharabah agreement.
c. Musyarakah Agreement Financing
This position is filled with receivables arising from the distribution of financing with the musyarakah agreement. d. Mudharabah Profit-Sharing Receivables This position is filled with the value of profit-sharing receivables from mudharabah financing that has matured in the current period but has not yet been realized (paid). e. Musyarakah Profit-Sharing Receivables This position is filled with the value of profit-sharing receivables from musyarakah financing that has matured in the current period but has not yet been realized (paid). f. Ijarah Agreement Receivables This position is filled with the value of ijarah agreement financing that has matured in the current period but has not yet been paid by customers. g. Ijarah Assets
This position is filled with the value of the ijarah object recorded as net value after deducting other revenues and expenses related to financing transactions that are amortized and accumulated depreciation. a. Gross Ijarah Assets This position is filled with the ijarah object recognized when the ijarah object is obtained at acquisition cost. b. Accumulated Depreciation of Ijarah Assets. This position covers the accumulated depreciation of ijarah assets.
Other Receivables
This position is filled with receivables arising from non-operational activities of the SBU, including receivables from clearing and guarantee financial institutions, or other receivables other than receivables from financing and other business activities.
Revenue Still to be Received
This position is filled with all revenue that has been earned and is the SBU's right but has not yet been received and has not been recorded until the end of the reporting period.
Advances and Prepaid Expenses
This position is filled with working advances, which are funds taken for operational activities and other prepaid expenses related to operations, such as office rent, official residence rent, vehicle rent in advance, prepaid insurance including vehicle insurance and office insurance.
Financial Asset Impairment Provisions (FAIP)
This position is filled with the provision formed by the SBU based on estimated losses on Sharia-based financial assets in accordance with applicable financial accounting standards.
Fixed Assets and Inventories
This position is filled with the acquisition value of fixed assets and inventories owned by the SBU, minus accumulated depreciation and impairment losses.
Intangible Assets
This position is filled with the value of non-monetary assets that can be identified without physical form but are utilized to produce or deliver goods or services, leased to other parties, or for administrative purposes, after deducting amortization.
Acquired Collateral
This position is filled with the value of each pledged item taken over by the SBU through auction or based on voluntary surrender by the collateral owner or based on the power to sell outside of auction from the collateral owner.
Deferred Tax Assets
This position is filled with the amount of deferred tax assets recognized by the Company at the end of the reporting period, measured using the applicable tax rate on all deductible temporary differences and/or fiscal loss balances, to the extent that it is probable that they can be utilized to reduce fiscal profit in the future.
Other Assets
This position is filled with the value of SBU assets that are not fixed assets, current assets, investments, or intangible assets. Other assets can include unused fixed assets, assets from business segments that management has decided to discontinue or sell, deferred expenses, or security deposits (for office rent, telephone, bank financing, and others). Other assets are presented at recorded value, i.e., acquisition cost after deducting amortization and impairment, if any.

Entrusted Funds (Wadi’ah)
This item is filled with the amount of money set aside by Mekaar customers that is voluntary and entirely belongs to the customers in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority regarding the Supervision of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani.
Late Payment Penalties (Ta'zir)
This item is filled with the amount of late payment penalties (ta'zir) imposed on customers that have not yet been issued for use as charity funds and for which the report on the source and use of charity funds has not yet been compiled.
Expenses to be Paid
