Norm on Capital of the Banco Produzcamos
This resolution establishes the minimum capital requirements for the Banco de Fomento a la Producción (Produzcamos), defining authorized capital at one billion córdobas and specifying that initial capital contributions from state entities and other state-owned assets constitute the minimum capital until the authorized amount is reached. Any capital contributions exceeding the authorized limit are transferred to capital reserves. The regulation repeals the previous capital norm issued in February 2008 and enters into force upon publication in the Official Gazette.
