Norm on the Components of the Capital Calculation Base of Banco Produzcamos
This resolution establishes the specific concepts and components of the capital calculation base for Banco de Fomento a la Producción (Produzcamos). It defines primary capital as comprising authorized capital, non-refundable donated capital, capital reserves, and current period results, while secondary capital includes specific non-capitalizable donations, revaluation adjustments, and generic provisions capped at 1.25% of risk-weighted credit assets. Secondary capital is limited to 100% of primary capital, with transitional provisions excluding revaluation adjustments until further regulations are issued. The regulation repeals the previous norm from February 2008 and enters into force upon publication in the Official Gazette.
