Normative Instruction BCB No. 119 — Amending Filling Instructions and Layout of Document Code 2061 (DLO)

NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION BCB NO. 119, OF JUNE 24, 2021

Amends the Filling Instructions and the Layout of document code 2061 - Demonstrativo de Limites Operacionais (DLO), as provided for in Normative Instruction BCB No. 81, of February 23, 2021.

The Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig), using the authority conferred by Article 23, item I, letter “a”, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84.287, of February 27, 2015, based on Article 77, item III, of said Regulations, and considering the provisions of CMN Resolutions Nos. 4,192 and 4,193, both of March 1, 2013, and BCB Resolutions Nos. 69, of February 10, 2021, 82 and 83, of March 31, 2021, and 107, of June 17, 2021,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. The new versions of the Filling Instructions and the Layout of document code 2061 - Demonstrativo de Limites Operacionais (DLO), available on the Central Bank of Brazil’s website at the electronic address https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/leiautedocumentoscrd, shall enter into force, effective from the July 2021 data base, with the following modifications:

I - in the Filling Instructions:

a) in Table 003 - Accounts: inclusion of normative references in accounts 530.07, 530.08, and 530.13;

b) in Table 011 - Risk Mitigators:

1. alteration of the descriptions for domains 166, 266, and 366;

2. inclusion of domains 466 and 467;

c) in Table 014 - Document Inclusion and Substitution Indicator:

1. exclusion of domain “S”;

2. inclusion of domains “D” and “E”;

II - in the Layout:

a) in Annex 11 - Risk Mitigator Code:

1. alteration of the descriptions for domains 166, 266, and 366;

2. inclusion of domains 466 and 467;

b) in Annex 14 - Document Inclusion or Alteration Indicator:

1. exclusion of domain “S”;

2. inclusion of domains “D” and “E”;

Article 2. This Normative Instruction enters into force on July 1, 2021.
