Rule · BCB · 12 Aug 2021 · Instrução Normativa BCB 140
Dealers must conduct auctions via the Leilão System or LEI0002 messages, submitting proposals by the announced deadline. Mandatory participants failing to submit face assignment of the minimum lot at the rate most favorable to the Central Bank of Brazil. The Central Bank may disregard proposals with uncorrected material errors. This rule replaces Circular Letters 3,574 and 3,709, effective upon publication.
