Normative Instruction BCB No. 155 — Adjusts MCR Document 1 provisions regarding information disclosure under items 7 and 8 of Section 1 (Formalization) of Chapter 3 (Operations) of the Rural Credit Manual

NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION BCB NO. 155, OF SEPTEMBER 27, 2021

Adjusts provisions of MCR - Document 1 regarding the availability of information covered by items 7 and 8 of Section 1 (Formalization) of Chapter 3 (Operations) of the Rural Credit Manual.

The Head of the Department of Regulation, Supervision and Control of Rural Credit and Proagro Operations (Derop), using the powers conferred by Article 23, item I, letter 'a', of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, and considering the provisions of items 7 and 8 of Section 1 (Formalization) and item 4 of Section 6 (Accounting and Control) of Chapter 3 (Operations) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR),

RESOLVES:

Art. 1. Item 13 (Sicor Messages) of MCR - Document 1 (Requirements and Instructions for Filling out the Rural Credit and Proagro Operations System - Sicor) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR) shall be effective with the following alteration:
