Withdrawal service facilitators must publish, update, and remove withdrawal agent data in open data format per BCB Normative Instruction No. 197, consult other facilitators for existing links, and provide QR Code filling details to central credit cooperatives or multiple cooperative banks. They are prohibited from contracting agents linked to other facilitators. Transactional account providers must operationalize Pix for withdrawal or change, enable QR Code generation, and reject transactions during suspension or after operationalization ends.
