Normative Instruction BCB No. 44 — Amends Normative Instruction BCB No. 32 Regarding Pix Participant Reporting — BCB — BR

BCB NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION NO. 44, OF NOVEMBER 16, 2020

Amends BCB Normative Instruction No. 32, which establishes the format, periodicity, and information to be provided by Pix participants.

The Head of the Department of Competition and Financial Market Structure (Decem), in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 97-A, item X, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, and considering the provisions of Article 99 of the Regulation annexed to Resolution BCB No. 1, of August 12, 2020,

RESOLVES:

Article 1
Annex I of BCB Normative Instruction No. 32, of October 26, 2020, shall enter into force with the following wording:

II - Information on settlements within the same institution.

Article 2
Annex II of BCB Normative Instruction No. 32, of October 26, 2020, shall enter into force with the following wording:

I - Information on transactions settled within the same institution.

Article 3 This Normative Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
