The Head of the Department of Supervision of Cooperatives and Non-Bank Institutions (Desuc), Substitute, in the use of the attribution conferred by him by art. 23, item I, letter "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Resolution BCB No. 396, of June 27, 2024, based on art. 91, item I, letter "d", of the aforementioned Regulations,
R E S O L V E :
Art. 1º The Layout and Filling Instructions for the document 2080 - Position of Quotas and Groups of Consortium Operations - Real Estate and Movable Property, available on the Central Bank of Brazil website, at the electronic address https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/documento2080, shall come into force, from the data base of July 2024, with the following modifications:
