The Head of the Department of Competition and Financial Market Structure (Decem), in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 97-A, item I, letter 'e', of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, and taking into account the provisions of Resolution BCB No. 57, of December 16, 2020,
R E S O L V E S:
Article 1
Circular Letter No. 4,002, of January 30, 2020, is hereby revoked.
Article 2
This BCB Normative Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
