Normative Instruction BCB No. 770 — Publishes the Calendar for Control Points Regarding the Production Publication of API Credit Operations - Loans Version 2.7.0 and API Credit Portability - Unconsignable Personal Credit Version 1.1.0 of Open Finance
This instruction establishes a mandatory compliance calendar for participating institutions to publish production versions of the Open Finance Credit Operations - Loans API (version 2.7.0 or later) and the Credit Portability - Unconsignable Personal Credit API (version 1.1.0 or later). Participating institutions must complete 100% success in conformity engine tests by September 14, 2026, and publish the APIs in the directory and production environment by November 3, 2026, at 19:00. The Open Finance Governance Structure must release an updated User Experience Guide by August 27, 2026, a release candidate for the certification engine by August 28, 2026, and the stable certification engine version by October 23, 2026. The regulation enters into force on the date of its publication.
