Notice 119 Electronic Submission of Returns
Registered insurers and the administrator of the Lloyd’s Asia Scheme must lodge specified documents through the MAS Network. This requirement applies to documents referenced in regulations concerning accounts, captive insurers, financial guarantee insurance, protection and indemnity clubs, and the Lloyd’s Asia Scheme. Failure to comply constitutes an offence under the Insurance Act, and the previous notice from 26 January 2004 is cancelled.
