Notice 500-05-00-00-00-2026-16026 Communicating the Global List of Taxpayers Presumed Under Article 69-B of the Federal Tax Code
The SAT notifies 66 taxpayers that they are presumed to have issued fiscal receipts for non-existent operations under Article 69-B of the Federal Tax Code. These taxpayers have 15 business days from the last notification to submit evidence to the issuing authority to rebut the presumption. Failure to rebut the presumption results in the publication of their names in the SAT's website and the Official Gazette as taxpayers definitively engaged in issuing receipts for non-existent operations.
