The document identifies three specific entities—DOBEL INGENIERIAS Y SERVICIO, S.A. DE C.V., NI JAU TEXTILES, S.A. DE C.V., and YUDICHE CONTRERAS ALAN—as having definitively failed to disprove the facts regarding their issuance of invalid fiscal documents. Consequently, fiscal receipts issued by these taxpayers are declared to have produced no fiscal effect whatsoever for all purposes.
