Notice 647 Places of Business of Credit Card and Charge Card Licensees
Credit card and charge card licensees must inform the Authority in writing within 7 days of setting up a new place of business or relocating an existing one. Licensees are prohibited from establishing temporary locations for receiving credit or charge card applications without the Authority's prior approval, which is ordinarily not granted. This Notice applies to all credit card and charge card licensees and takes immediate effect.
