Notice 700 04 00 00 00 2023-118: Publication of the List of Digital Service Providers Registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry
The Tax Administration Service publishes the list of foreign residents without a permanent establishment in Mexico who provide digital services to recipients in Mexico and are registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry. The list for the fourth bimester of 2023, with information cutoff on August 31, 2023, includes 196 providers, comprising 186 from the previous period, 12 new registrations, and 2 deregistrations. This publication fulfills the obligation under Article 18-D of the Value Added Tax Law to make such data available bi-monthly.
