NOTICE addressed to the general public informing that the authorization granted to carry out the organization, operation and functioning of Liberty Seguros, S.A. de C.V., did not take effect
The authorization granted for the organization, operation, and functioning of LIBERTY SEGUROS, S.A. DE C.V. did not take effect because the society failed to comply with the condition of obtaining a favorable opinion under Article 47 of the Law of Insurance and Sureties Institutions. The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties declared this outcome based on Articles 11, 12, 47, 366, 372, 373, and 381 of the law in a notice dated February 15, 2023.
