Notice Announcing Annual and Monthly Inspection and Supervision Fees for Insurance Institutions for the 2018 Fiscal Year
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit establishes the annual and monthly inspection and supervision fees that insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies must pay to the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties for the 2018 fiscal year, totaling 479.2 million pesos. These fees are calculated based on information as of December 31, 2017, and must be paid in advance during the first five days of each month via electronic transfer to the Federal Treasury. Institutions must submit proof of payment to the Commission by the 15th of the respective month, failing which they must include corresponding update amounts and surcharges.
