Notice Announcing Annual and Monthly Inspection and Surveillance Fees for Sectors Under Article 29-D of the Federal Rights Law for Fiscal Year 2025
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit announces the annual and monthly inspection and surveillance fees payable by specific financial sectors, including general deposit warehouses, development banks, multiple banking institutions, brokerage houses, exchange houses, real estate companies, federations, and various funds, for the 2025 fiscal year. These fees, calculated based on the Federal Rights Law, must be paid to the National Banking and Securities Commission, with annual amounts due in the first quarter of the year and monthly installments due on the first business day of each month. A 5% discount is available for full payment of the annual fee within the first quarter, unless the transitional option is selected.
