Notice Announcing the Amount Resulting from the Independent Expert's Review Referenced in the Fourth Provision of the Agreement on Federal Government Assumption of CFE Pension Obligations
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit publishes the present value amount of $161,080,204,452.07 MXN, calculated as of December 16, 2016, resulting from the independent expert's review mandated by the Fourth Provision of the Agreement regarding the Federal Government's assumption of pension and retirement payment obligations of the Federal Electricity Commission.
