Notice announcing the annual and monthly fees for inspection and vigilance services for fiscal year 2026
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit announces the annual and monthly inspection and vigilance fees for the 2026 fiscal year, applicable to entities under Article 29-D of the Federal Rights Law, including deposit warehouses, development banks, multiple banks, brokerage houses, exchange houses, real estate firms, federations, investment funds, credit unions, and others. These fees are effective from January 1, 2026, and must be paid within the first quarter of the fiscal year, with an option to pay in twelve monthly installments. A 5% discount is available if the full annual amount is paid within the first quarter.
