Notice by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit regarding the Payment Procedure for Savers of the Free and Sovereign State of Oaxaca
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit establishes a payment procedure for savers of twenty specified savings and loan societies in Oaxaca. Payments are limited to identified savers with a Net Savings Balance between $40,000.00 and $62,751.00 MXN, receiving a payment equal to 70% of that balance. Savers must submit required documentation at designated service centers between September 2 and October 31, 2024, and must sign documents ceding credit rights and waiving interest claims to receive payment.
